akarta, Indonesia – After operating in Indonesia for two years, PT. GREE Services Indonesia, a subsidiary of GREE Energy Limited has obtained ISO 45001:2018 certification on June 8th, 2020. The certification demonstrates the company’s commitment in promoting occupational health and safety in the workplace.

ISO 45001:2018 is the most recent world’s international standard for occupational health and safety. The management standards are developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The goal of ISO 45001:2018 is to reduce occupational injuries and diseases, which includes promoting and protecting physical and mental health.

To obtain the certification, GREE has to implement an occupational health and safety system that complies with ISO 45001:2018 standards, including proper standard of operations and policies related to health and safety in the workplace. After the system has been implemented, an annual audit will be conducted to determine the company’s compliance with the international standard.
