Jakarta, Indonesia – PT. GREE Services Indonesia, a subsidiary of GREE Energy Limited has obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification on 24th June 2020, after operating in Indonesia for two years. The certification shows the company’s commitment in implementing quality management principles including strong consumer focus, engagement of top management and continuous improvement.

ISO 9001:2015 is the most recent world’s international standard for quality management system. The management standards are developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The goal of ISO 9001:2015 is to achieve a consistent system that ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

To obtain the certification, GREE has to implement a quality management system in accordance with the latest ISO 9001:2015 standards. After the quality management system has been implemented, an annual audit will be performed by a certified auditor to determine whether the system complies with the international standard.
