Nicolas is a professional project manager and a specialist in renewable energy with 15 years of experience. He has successfully developed, built and operated several multimillion-dollar biogas and renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia. Nicolas graduated from ENSAIA, a prominent French “Grande école” in Agriculture and Life Sciences Engineering and pursued his studies in International Management at Laval University, Canada and in Water Management in Pretoria University, South Africa.
He has served in a senior role in Bionersis, the global leader in carbon market and landfill gas projects, where he was in charge of technical development and construction of the projects in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia with a total project capital investment in excess of USD $15 million. Later on he served in a senior role in E.ON Masdar, a joint venture between E.ON, a German integrated power utility, and Masdar, Abu Dhabi's future energy company, responsible for waste-to-energy project development in South-East Asia with a total project capital investment of USD $ 50 to 100 million.
Nicolas was born in Aix-les-Bains, a small city in the French Alps, immediately above a large mountain lake. This extraordinary environment largely contributed to his awareness of the delicate balance between economic development and nature preservation and to his professional vision and commitment.
Fahreza Hidayat brings more than a decade of experience supporting organizations to define, shape, and implement ambitious goals that benefit the climate, protect natural ecosystems, and improve livelihoods for farmers and workers. He now leads GREE Energy’s sustainability initiatives to embed robust ESG principles across its operations and amplify its impacts across its stakeholders.
Before GREE Energy, Fahreza served as Earthworm Foundation’s Impact lead for Indonesia leading initiatives and action plans on corporate commitments on no deforestation and no exploitation policies together with Indonesia’s largest commodity players and global FMCGs. Earlier in his career, he also led partnerships with the private and public sector to channel climate financing to renewable and water projects across South East Asia. Collectively, he has advised small to large organizations across agriculture, cosmetics, events, finance, FMCGs, hospitality, logistics, public, professional services, and transport sectors.
Fahreza is passionate about reimaging the role of capitalism in tackling the biggest challenges that impact people and the planet.
Bimo has a strong background in engineering and construction which contributes to his role as a Technical Manager in GREE. Bimo graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mining from Institut Teknologi Bandung and Chonnam National University as an exchange student in the scholarship program. He continued his education and received a Master of Energy degree from University of Auckland with a scholarship from the LPDP program.
He started his professional career in PT Arutmin Indonesia supervising coal mining operations in Satui, South Borneo. Later on, he served as an Engineering Manager in PT Mucoindo Prakasa, responsible for managing construction (EPC) and engineering consultancy projects. Bimo was involved in various projects from site preparation, soil investigation, feasibility studies, and piping installation. He contributed to numerous projects such as 25 MW mobile power plant in Sumatera, steel structure construction in Tangguh LNG project, West Papua, piping installation in Banyu Urip Project, including soil investigation analysis and DED for mini hydro power plant in West Sumatra and South Sulawesi.
Bimo believes the future is green. He left his mining world and joined GREE Energy because he believes in the concept of sustainability. In the future, he believes the clean energy market will experience a rapid growth, and he wants to be part of a team that catalyzes this shift in the market.
Blandine obtained her master’s degree in engineering, mechanical and energy from Mines ParisTech in France. She has more than 10 years of experience in the renewable energy sector and served on senior roles in various renewable energy projects. With an expertise in technical, environmental, regulatory, project and people management she leads the project management in GREE as the Procurement and Construction Manager. Blandine graduated with a Master's Degree in Science and Executive Engineering, major Mechanical Engineering & Energy, from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Paris (France).
Blandine started her career in the energy subsidiary of Veolia group and then decided to join smaller companies to be closer to projects. She has worked on the development and construction of power plants, as owner (MAIA Power) and as owner engineer (SETEC Energy Solutions), including developing an ambitious project in offshore wind power off the coast of Normandy and small hydro power plants.
She moved to Bangkok to work in renewable energy to contribute to the sustainable development aspect in a region with strong economic and social disparities. She joined GREE Energy to be part of an ambitious entrepreneurial initiative with a positive impact on the environment and society, in line with her concerns about the future.
AnnSo has an extensive knowledge of carbon management: she managed the registration of some 20 biogas projects and some 50 issuances in 23 different countries. Before joining GREE in 2021, she worked as a World Bank expert for CDM projects.
Supida is a professional technical operations manager with 10 years of experience in Southeast Asia and 10 years of experience in the USA. She brings to GREE her highly valuable experience of biogas technology and its deployment in the countries of Southeast Asia which contributes to her role as the Systems Engineering Manager. Supida obtained her Bachelor’s Degree on Environmental Science in Thammasat University (Thailand) and pursued her education in Strayer University (USA) obtaining an MBA degree in Business Management, an M.S. degree in Environmental Engineering at the University of Maryland (USA) and an M.S. degree in Sustainable Development and Conservation Biology, University of Maryland (USA).
She has dedicated her career to promoting and implementing clean energy projects that fuel the development of rural Southeast Asian communities. She has served in senior roles with ORGANICS ASIA (EPC supplier of Biogas-to-Energy solutions) and BIONERSIS (worldwide leader in CDM Landfill-Gas-to-Energy).
Supida was born in rural Isaan in Thailand where she witnessed firsthand how frequent power outages and poor access to energy result in missed opportunities by children. Through better access to energy, she believes children can study better and open up new opportunities. She believes it is not just about bringing light but also bringing the future and opportunities to rural areas. She joined GREE Energy because she can both contribute to better access to energy while also combating climate change.
Benoît has over 15 years of professional financial management experience in Asia, Middle East and Africa while working with multinational companies of various industries. With an expertise in international taxation and strategic planning, Benoît brings his extensive experience in finance as the Chief Financial Officer of GREE.
He has prior experience working in diverse companies and industries from Lyreco, Weinmann Medical Technology, Oriflame Cosmetics, Unicity International to Plizz. Benoît obtained his Master’s Degree in Business and Management from Audencia Business School.

Adhit’s experience on design, technical and project management in renewable energy contributes to his role as Project Engineer in GREE. He has prior experience in on grid, off grid and hybrid solar power systems and is a specialist in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) and IPP (Independent Power Production) in renewable energy systems.
He started his career as an Electrical Engineer with a focus on solar power system projects conducting site surveys, client management and procurement. Afterwards, he served as a Junior Engineer in PT Kaltimex Energy where he worked in remote areas to design and deploy renewable power systems, evaluate performance of diesel power plant and create engineering design to deploy hybrid renewable in off-grid and on-grid applications. Later on, he contributed as a Section Chief Solar PV Specialist in PT ITM Banpu Power where he managed hybrid power system, diesel power and coal fire plant and expand networks with various stakeholders from PLN, Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) to vendors.
Great strides have been made in renewable energy technology and cost reduction, and countries around the world have been rapidly getting on board. Today, renewable energy is workable and viable. In line with his future goal of helping to bridge renewable energy for communities in indonesia. With GREE Energy, he hopes to fulfill his dream, "It's time for renewable energy"
With a background in both corporate and NGO, Annisa provides a unique insight on the social and environmental aspects of the business. Her experience in monitoring impact and managing CSR projects contribute to her role in GREE as the Sustainable Impact Manager. She graduated from Bina Nusantara International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and continued her studies in Prasetiya Mulya obtaining a Master’s Degree in Marketing Management.
Annisa started her career as a banker in CIMB Niaga as a business process reengineering associate. Afterwards she lead the communications team in Sandya Institute on creating campaigns for advocating minority rights and fundraising efforts. She then served the last mile through joining Kopernik by connecting corporations and organizations to communities in need; her role includes maintaining and growing extensive network with corporate, NGO, government and civil society across Indonesia to ensure the success of the project to finding the stories behind the data. She was responsible for the assessment, implementation and monitoring of CSR projects reaching more than 12,000 people in various regions from Central Kalimantan, Maluku, East Bali to Sumba.
As she visited remote villages in Indonesia, she realizes how a slight improvement in access to energy allows children to study better and small businesses to flourish. She joined GREE Energy because she believes sustainable changes require sustainable solutions, a business model that balances between people, planet and profit allows her to contribute to what she believes in, impacting lives and fighting climate change.
Alda is an experienced accountant with more than five years of experience focusing on project-based EPC Oil & Gas company, His expertise includes finance, accounting and tax. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universitas Indonesia and further continued his studies in Universitas Prasetiya Mulya where he obtained his Master’s Degree in Management.
He started his career in PT. Tegma Engineering where he was rotated in various roles from Accounting Officer, Site Finance Coordinator, Finance & Tax Officer and Finance Tax Controller. Through this, Alda contributed in various aspects of the business in terms of accounting and finance. Prior to joining GREE, he was the Site Finance Coordinator in Wamakaru SDN BHD, an EPCC company in Malaysia.
